For Experts

Contracts:

Before consulting or qualifying to consult, an expert or expert panel member is required to sign our Terms and Conditions as a part of their membership. The Terms and conditions are reassessed twice in a fiscal year. By signing, they agree that they:

They agree to terms with which they are permitted to sign up for expert panel membership, at Finnian Fisher Consulting.
Will refrain from providing any confidential information to clients.
Keep information about clients and their interest confidential.
Can terminate or refuse to work on consulting projects that circumvents around subject matter they do not want to discuss.
Experts are required to undergo training program especially for compliance part twice in a fiscal year.
Experts are entitled have their background assessed by client compliance officers.

Conflict Management

Working in a fast paced knowledge industry experts are bound to have conflicts. At Finnian Fisher Consulting, we get an in depth understanding of expert before assigning any project. We strive to get assurance on whether they have the requisite knowledge, to provide insight to clients. The process of understanding expert also help us determine their limitations and conflicts (especially with non-public information). If expert has certain limitations with sharing certain specific information, they can convey the same to client compliance officer.

For Clients

Compliance framework is structured keeping the entire process, especially clients requirements at the center. We have client compliance officers ready to assist client, bringing clarity in every aspect of compliance framework. Client compliance officers are also required to understand client specific requirements with respect to compliance before starting out on any project. Clients are required:

To be as specific as possible when outlining an expert request. Reason being, we want to avoid inappropriate contact with experts such as those who may have confidential non-public information.
Client have the ability to add their own terms and conditions. It may involve new terms to screen potential client seeking, supplementing existing rules that are already considered as standard for the network. Clients are free to ask potential experts specific screening questions, before assigning projects.

Client compliance officers can monitor the entire process help to clients as and when required. Besides helping clients, client compliance officers are allowed to:

Client compliance officers, are allowed to blacklist experts based on place and status of employment.

For Employers

At Finnian Fisher Consulting, compliance is taken seriously, it is required to be followed even by employees of companies. Employed experts are refrained from participating in any research projects circumventing their employer. Before enrolling in any written, in-depth research projects, employed experts are required to get or fill in employer consent. Finnian Fisher Consulting reviews corporate policies of employed experts to ascertain they are engaging in tandem with employers working policies. Organizations are allowed to get in touch with compliance officers, concerning consulting activity carried out by their professionals outside organization.
